Ideals and Conduct:

It is pretty sad that we have to start this page with these codes of conduct.  This says a
lot about what we left our former guilds over.  You should know that as officers we can
make notes on your notes that YOU CAN'T READ!  Keep this in mind.

1:  Players who ninja WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!  Don't do it!  If you find an object that
is better than your present one, use NEED, if you're going to sell it, GREED.  Roll for all
chests or work a rotation.  With the new WOW patch, even stuff in chests will pop up to
everyone so rolling isn't necessary if you can all work together.

2:  Don't Beg and Don't Mooch!  Although we'd like to think of ourselves as generous, in
this guild it goes both ways.  NEVER, EVER ASK FOR MONEY!!  And don't ask members
for stuff that you're not willing to pay for through trade or cash.  Don't ask a member to
make you a pair of gloves and turn around and sell them for personal gain.  That don't
sit well with us one minute!  Also, in order to access the bank items you must donate
into it.  Just joining the guild isn't enough to have access to what others had to find or
make.  It's not far to members who do donate.

3.  Generally, be nice.  Don't just put out a guild invite without talking to the person first.
I know that during the formation of this guild about 20 ppl did just that while I'm talking
with others or doing my thing.  Open a dialog with other players.  See if they're
interested first.  Go adventuring with them, get to know them.

4.  Be thoughtful of other players.  This sounds like the above rule and it is very related.
You will find much better results from others if you think before you act.  Simply, is what
you're doing something that would bother you if some one did it to you?

5.  Ask all the questions you need but don't ask some one 20 levels above you to baby
sit you through an instance they won't get any XP or worthwhile loot from.  It's really not
fair to them.  This is easily the number one reason guilds loose those extremely valuable
people to guilds built around 40+.  I do encourage all of you to invite your best friends
into the guild so you have a group ready made.  Also invite ppl in your level range for
the same reason.

6.  Invite people who are mature.  This is a big one.  Although we welcome noobs, that
doesn't mean we want people who don't understand etiquette.  How players treat others
is the biggest issue in the game, hands down.  It's a game but with real people on the
other end.  Treat them like it.  You don't know if they're 10 or 50 years old, male, female,
purple, whatever.

7:  Invite people after you run with them for a bit, a quest or instance.  You'll know if you
really want to deal with them on a regular basis.  Why invite someone you later have to
ignore.  This guild should be about friendship and cooperation, not numbers.
